Prolite UV-LED Fly Tying Torch

Our most powerful UV-led fly-tying torch to date, this 5-watt unit dries most all UV glues almost instantly. A special black UV lens cover is used to aid in blocking unnecessary UV rays and assist with the optimal nm range for most UV fly-tying glues. Rapidly cure and tie flies with ease with our Pro torch.

The Pro model includes a hefty 1000mah rechargeable lithium-ion battery and USB type-c cable for easy “on-the-fly” recharges.

Using thick solarez/similar UV glues that are clear in conjunction with our 5-watt pro torch cures the glue almost immediately, on average less than 8 seconds and it’s cured hard.

Safety and Use

**Caution should be taken to not shine the light into your eyes, or look at bight colours/beads when tying as the reflections are quite intense and can lead to eye fatigue and damage.

**The light is also extremely powerful, and emits a warm sensation when in contact with your skin, avoid prolonged exposure to your skin. 

** certain glues can emit a “smoke/vapour” when using the torch due to the rapid cure time, avoid inhaling these fumes.
