Bead chain eyes are a popular material used in fly tying to imitate the eyes of baitfish and add weight to streamer patterns (dragons etc) . Made from brass, they are easy to cut into pairs and tie in securely. Bead chain eyes help create a jigging action and enhance the realism of flies like Clouser Minnows or other subsurface patterns.
