The Origin II Click v2.5 is the lightest fly reel ever designed by Reel Fly Fishing. Purpose-built for small streams and technical trout fishing, it combines ultra-lightweight performance with timeless aesthetics and the unmistakable character of a finely tuned click-and-pawl reel.

The Origin II Click Series was developed from our acclaimed Origin II platform, re-engineered with one goal in mind: to create the ultimate lightweight reel for 0–3 weight fly rods without compromising the quality, strength, or refinement that we are known for.

While retaining our signature DNA-inspired design language, the Click v2.5 introduces a redesigned clicker with heavier springs for a bit more resistance and easier line management. The second update was to the new handle that is lighter, allowing us to reduce the counterweight size and give it a cleaner feel. Few sounds in fly fishing are as memorable as a clicker reel singing under pressure. A host of iconic new colours have been added to the range that give you a really unique appearance while out on the river.

Weighing just 75 grams, the Origin II Click v2.5 balances beautifully with modern ultralight fly rods, making it the ideal companion for small streams, mountain rivers, and delicate dry fly presentations.
