Stroft Colour

STROFT color is manufactured using the exact same process as STROFT GTM and undergoes the same finishing and tuning process (see catalog pages 4 and 8). The only difference lies in the base material. To create highly visible and contrasting colored lines, STROFT color uses a polyamide alloy with relatively high dye content (black, red, or yellow). Naturally, the increased dye content slightly reduces the tensile strength. Therefore, the colored polyamide alloy must be formulated so that subsequent tuning allows for the optimization of softness and suppleness, as well as the achievement of the highest possible tensile strength. This has been exceptionally well achieved with STROFT color lines. Compared to other similarly colored lines, STROFT color boasts the highest breaking strength while being exceptionally soft. This line is particularly suitable when the fishing style or body of water requires a highly visible and relatively soft fishing line, and anglers are unwilling to accept significant compromises in breaking strength and knot strength. Excellent in all three colors for ice and winter fishing, and ideally suited for carp fishing in the color “black”.
